the Playful Learning Material

For Pupils

The playful learning material for pupils is organised in 3 parts.

EU and UN Integration

The first part that we have called “EU and UN Integration” gives a general introduction to the subject area that the playful learning material has been built around, thus 3 of the SDGs and the importance of co-operation in the European Union. You can use these as simple handouts to your pupils to help them understand the 3 SDGs and the European Union before watching the stories as a good way to set the context of your lesson.

Playful Learning Academy

In the “Playful Learning Academy”, which is the second part of the playful learning material, you can find an introduction to the different theoretical concepts and approaches that have been used to build up the entire PLACES Academy, explained in an easier accessible language than the ones that are included in the material for teachers.

Playful Story Material

The last part of the playful learning material for pupils is the “Playful Story Material”, that consists of a “Story Bone Card” and a “Reflection Card” to each story. You also find a set of playful learning activity cards.
